All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Skillet
Serious cooks need serious equipment and if you’re a fan of cooking shows on TV then you know that a skillet has got to be able to live up to its reputation and really do a good job since it is one of the most crucial elements of a well set up kitchen. It needs to be pointed out that the durable, lasting investments in cook ware are not going to come cheap and neither does anything from All-Clad. This is a well known brand because their products hold up to extreme abuse. That means you can expect to pay around $100 for one of these, but considering that 12 inches of frying space, it is definitely worth the cost when two similarly branded skillets of smaller size and lesser quality would cost even more than this. The aluminum core and stainless steel coating, two levels of it, really get the job done and make clean up a veritable non issue. You can rely on this skillet to get the job done and do it very well which means people are going to be impressed with the food made in this skillet even for those who aren’t especially talented in cooking yet. Stir fry is a breeze to prepare in this pan and that is something that is a little bit hard to find in some of the skillets out there which tend to blacken the food if you are adding things in towards the end of the stir fry process. As hot as it gets, the handle stays cool and manageable. This is the best skillet for anyone serious about getting great results in the kitchen.
